AI Software Engineer (SWE)

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer with up to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our product ecosystem with massive help of AI.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our products (Fleet, Jobs, X, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, TailwindCss, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with databases, VPS or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Fluent in LLM, AI (ChatGPT, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek,...) and agentic coding (Codex, Claude, Kilo, Roo, OpenCode, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
